If you’re looking for something a little different, this two-seater Citroen Méhari could be for you. Named after the méhari, a type of fast-running camel, this car is a great runner.
Built in 1982 this car has a 602cc air-cooled twin cylinder engine. It’s an original French car imported from Spain so free of rust and in good all-round condition. Its mechanical simplicity makes it a good antidote for those suffering from today’s highly automated cars and it's easy to see how the Méhari has gained a bit of cult following.
If you’ve never been behind the wheel of a Méhari before, it's a bit like a Gallic version of the Mini Moke, but arguably even more fun to drive. When the sun’s out it’s the perfect ride.
